While shopping our website you will notice that we don't have a shopping cart. You might think to yourself, how odd? And rightfully so! As a retailer of luxury outdoor furniture brands we are complying with the marketing policies set forth by our high end manufacturers. These marketing policies do not permit us to use a shopping cart on the same web pages that showcase furniture.
Although this policy might be seen as an inconvenience, we highly recommend speaking with our customer service representatives when making purchasing decisions. Let our customer care specialists answer your questions: What's the difference between wrought aluminum, wrought iron, cast aluminum or tubular aluminum? What's the difference between all weather wicker, synthetic wicker and natural wicker? Will the furniture withstand high winds on lakeside docks or on the deck of your mountain home?
Pricing
We offer two convenient ways to get prices for any furniture lines we offer on our website. Simply write down the collection name and item numbers of each piece that's of interest. Feel free to ask for pricing on as many collections as you like. Comparing different collections based on price is important in the decision process. We're happy to help. Create a spreadsheet and give us a call. We are here to offer as much assistance as you need.
After writing down all items of interest, please feel free to call the toll free number at (800) 872-6525, or (704) 987-7920 if local. We will provide prices over the phone. We understand you are very busy and calling may be inconvenient. Simply fill out the contact us form with all items of interest and we will call you back. Unfortunately we cannot fax or email prices due to the internet marketing policies of our manufacturers.
Customizing your Furniture: Finishes, fabrics & other options.
What's your style: contemporary, traditional or a little of both? No one else lives like you, and your outdoor room will reveal your uniqueness. Choosing outdoor furniture is the first step. Now it is time to layer on colors, patterns and textures.
For each collection within our website you will find the "Resources" section in our left navigation menu. This is where you find all available fabric swatches for that collection. You will also find finishes that are available from that specific manufacturer. When available you will also find additional options such as table top options or fringe options.
Please note that not all furniture collections will be available in all finish colors. For example, synthetic wickers are limited to just a few finish choices. All weather wicker and natural wicker may be available in a wide variety of finishes. It varies for each collection. As you are shopping if you have any questions give us a call.
Each fabric swatch shown on our website is listed because it is a current fabric in this year's swatch book. It is possible for manufacturers to have a fabric shortage causing a delay in processing orders. We are capable of checking availability of each fabric prior to placing an order. We can tell you what fabrics are in stock, out of stock and when it becomes available again. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
